Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the products. If the order arrives in several deliveries, the period runs from when you receive the last one.

It is enough to tell us your decision before the period ends.

How to withdraw

With the form on this page (recommended):

1. Enter your name, your order number (for example, YU-7K3M9Q) and the email address you used to buy.
2. Choose whether you are withdrawing from the whole order or only from some products.
3. Click "Confirm withdrawal".

We will immediately email you an acknowledgement of receipt with the content of your request and the date and time we received it.

By other means: you can also send us the model form below, or any other clear statement of your decision, by email to custodio@yusera.com or by post to Andalusian Nature Lab, S.L., P.I. Los Retamales s/n, 41570 Badolatosa (Seville), Spain.

Exception: sealed products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (Article 103(e) of the TRLGDCU). Each product page says whether the product is delivered sealed. If the seal is intact, you can withdraw as normal.

Returning the products

Send us the products without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of telling us your decision, to: P.I. Los Retamales s/n, 41570 Badolatosa (Sevilla). The deadline is met if you send them before the period ends.

You can return them from anywhere in Spain. If you received your order in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, write to us before you send them: the parcel goes through customs again and we will tell you how to prepare it.

The direct cost of returning the products is borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day you tell us your decision to withdraw. If you withdraw from only part of the order, we will refund those products, and the delivery costs only if you withdraw from the whole order.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not incur any fees for the refund. If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you for the account where you want to receive it.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
