1. Website owner

In accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), we inform you that the owner of this website (the "website") is Andalusian Nature Lab, S.L. Its tax ID (NIF), registered office, registration details, email address and phone number are at the top of this page, under "Owner details".

Yusera is the cosmetics brand of Andalusian Nature Lab, S.L., which manufactures its products in its own factories in Granada and Badolatosa (Seville) and sells them on this website. Distance selling of cosmetics does not require prior administrative authorisation and is not a regulated profession.

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents Yusera, an international cosmetics brand, and lets you buy its products online with delivery across Spain. Purchases are governed by the Terms of sale, and the processing of your data by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

3. Terms of use

Access to the website is free of charge, apart from the cost of your internet connection. By using it you agree to:

• use it lawfully, without harming the website, other users or third parties;
• not try to access restricted areas, such as the management panel, or other people's data;
• give truthful information when you place an order or write to us.

4. Prices

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Orders delivered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are charged without VAT, and any IGIC or IPSI and customs clearance charges are paid by the recipient on receipt of the order. Shipping costs are shown in the bag and before you pay; you can see the rates for each area in Shipping and returns.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, photographs, design, logos and other content of the website belong to its owner or to third parties who have authorised their use. The Yusera brand and its logos are protected distinctive signs: they may not be used without the permission of their owner.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform this content without permission, except for your own personal and private use.

6. Liability

We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, and to keep the website running without interruptions, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no occasional errors or interruptions. If you spot an error, write to us and we will fix it.

Product information describes each product's characteristics and cosmetic effects. Always read the directions for use and the precautions of each product before using it.

7. Codes of conduct

The owner has not signed up to any code of conduct.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

The website is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be settled by the courts of your place of residence, without prejudice to the complaint channels set out in the Terms of sale.
